Shipping

Our standard shipping is £4.95 and we ship with Royal Mail. 

Returns
We really hope you love everything you order from us but if it’s not for you, you have 14 days from receiving your delivery to send it back to us. To be eligible for a return please ensure your item(s) are in the same condition as you received them. After 14 days have passed we unfortunately can't offer you a refund.

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so please make sure you obtain proof of postage and insurance as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, it will be inspected to ensure it fits our return policy. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days of receipt and an automatic refund email sent. 

The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment and can take 3-5 days to reach your account depending on your bank provider.
